Pioneer Syndicates: Official Rules and Regulations
1. Membership and Participation
– All participants must register on the Pioneer Syndicates website to become members.
– Members must be of legal age as per their respective jurisdiction.
– Each member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
2. Syndicate Entry
– Members can join a syndicate by purchasing a share in any available pigeon racing event listed on our website.
– The cost of each share will be clearly stated on the event page.
– Shares are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
– When joining a race that requires an activation fee, this fee is included in your initial cost of joining the syndicate. If not all of our syndicate’s pigeons qualify for the race, we’ll credit back a portion of your payment to your Pioneer Syndicates account. This credit corresponds to the pigeons that didn’t qualify. You can use this credit for future syndicate races, or you can choose to withdraw it as a refund.
3. Pigeon Ownership and Care
– Pigeons in each syndicate are jointly owned by all members who have purchased shares in that particular syndicate.
– The care, training, and racing of the pigeons will be managed by Pioneer Syndicates or designated professional pigeon trainers.
– Members do not have physical custody of the pigeons.
4. Race Participation and Scheduling
– Races will be scheduled and managed by Pioneer Syndicates in collaboration with race organisers.
– Members will be notified of race schedules, venues, and other details through their registered email or on the website.
5. Winnings and Prizes
– Any prize money won by a syndicate’s pigeon will be distributed among the members of that syndicate proportionate to their share.
– Winnings will be credited to the member’s account on the Pioneer Syndicates website.
– Any auction monies will be distributed equally between all syndicate members.
